Decision Making:

The case of product development is described in some detail with a particular focuses on clear identification of which part of work is about decision making and which is not, and as a result of the different nature of the work, the differences in work requirements and strategies. 

A proceeding of decisions is a major part of deliverables of the decision making process provided here. It documents all associated information to reach a decision.

My Decisions is the portal to go through the decision making process provided. It records the result of each step operation and documents the whole thing into a pre-defined proceeding.
